About Us

We've been married since 2010 and, like so many others, fell in love with Chandler. It's where we've raised our family, built our careers, and eventually discovered our true passion: restoring unique properties and creating memorable places for people to gather.

Our real estate journey began in 2009 with a few single-family homes that we renovated and rented. As our experience grew, so did our vision. We transitioned into restoring neglected multifamily properties throughout the Valley, beginning with our first project in Central Phoenix. It didn't take long to realize that breathing new life into forgotten spaces was what we loved most.

As longtime Chandler residents, we knew we wanted our future projects to have an impact closer to home. When the opportunity to purchase this property in the heart of Downtown Chandler came along, we knew it was something special.

Originally, our plan was simply to renovate the property and offer beautifully designed rentals, just as we had with our previous projects. Halfway through the renovation, however, Jim suggested we take a leap into the world of vacation rentals. We completed the renovations in the fall of 2020 and welcomed our very first guests that November.

Over the next six years, we hosted hundreds of visitors—from weekend staycations and family vacations to birthdays, bachelorette parties, weddings, and corporate retreats. Along the way, we listened carefully to our guests. Their ideas, suggestions, and experiences inspired the next chapter.

In the summer of 2026, we completed an extensive renovation and proudly introduced The Stanley Social Club.

Today, The Stanley Social Club is more than a vacation rental. It's a boutique gathering place designed for making memories. Whether you're planning a girls' weekend, celebrating a milestone, hosting a corporate retreat, enjoying a family getaway, playing pickleball, relaxing by the heated pool, or simply spending a few nights in Downtown Chandler, we wanted to create a place where hosting feels effortless and everyone feels at home.

One of our favorite things about The Stanley is its location. Step outside our gates and you're immediately immersed in everything Downtown Chandler has to offer. Surrounded by local favorites like The Maple House, Hidden House, Black Sheep Wine Bar, and so many incredible restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, breweries, and entertainment venues, you're truly in the center of it all—without ever needing to drive.

We're incredibly grateful for the support of our guests, our neighbors, and the Downtown Chandler community. Your encouragement has helped shape The Stanley into what it is today, and we're excited to continue creating unforgettable experiences for years to come.
